Splitting Map into Regions

We have done it. We have hit too many points on a single map which is causing a few problems. As a solution I am splitting the map into regions.
the Following regional maps are ready:

North Philly
Northwest Philly
West Philly

Embedded below you will find the West Philly Region. Until I have split up the regions, you will be able to edit the original map here. Eventually the original map will be converted to a South Philly region map.
